MAPEI is currently aiding the boring process for the construction of the micro tunnels of the Central Interceptor project in Auckland ( by supplying the foaming agent POLYFOAMER FP/CC POLYFOAMER FP/CC is used to ensure the proper lubrication at the mTBM cutterhead, thus minimizing the clogging risk for excavation tools and reducing their primary wear.
