METAFLO REAGENT MF002
This reagent is designed to work in conjunction with a MetaFLO LMS mixing unit and is used for the solidification and stabilization of drill fluids. MF002 is designed for use on drill fluid or similar waste that fails the Paint Filter Test (PFT) and the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure TCLP for Heavy Metals.
- Can reduce weight and volume by as much as 20%
- Immediately converts drill fluids to a solid
- Creates a dry, stackable solid for easy handling
- Can help waste pass Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (EPA Method 1311)
- Help waste pass paint filter criteria
- Minimal humidity effects
- Landfill friendly
- LMS or mixing equipment
- Clay Component
METAFLO REAGENT MF006

MF006 is a proprietary solidification reagent used with non-pumpable materials and is ideal with MetaFLO’s mixing delivery system or bucket mixing. It has been proven very effective in the solidification of drill cuttings, drilling mud, hydrovac mud and industrial sludge with higher suspended solids.
- Mixing equipment or manual mix
- Perfect for smaller batches
METAFLO REAGENT MF008
The MF008 reagent, engineered to work in conjunction with MetaFLO’s mixing unit, is ideal for solidifying oil based drill cuttings. MF008 is non-hazardous, non-toxic, chemically inert and consists of naturally occurring minerals. The typical dosages for MF008 is less than 3% w/w and it has been proven to be a superior product to traditional bulking agents such as sawdust.
METAFLO’S LIQUID MIXING SYSTEM LMS 3
The MetaFLO LMS 3 is most commonly used by Environmental Services or Directional Drilling organizations. Its compact design allows it to be moved to the jobsite in a pickup truck, small trailer, or flatbed truck. Operating the LMS 3 on site reduces material handling costs, reduces site traffic improves safety and ensures the generator stays in compliance. This technology will create a stackable solid and give the operator the ability to provide accurate total liquid waste generated information from the site.
- Capacity of 20 m3 of liquid waste per hour 5400 – 6000 gallons (90 to 100 gal/min)
- Equipped with Nano-Shear technology for thorough, homogeneous mixture
- Ideally suited for HDD applications, oil & gas drilling and mine tailings
- For HDD applications, mobile units may be accompanied by simple solids removal bins, removing the requirement for vacuum truck assistance
- Compact design allows it to be moved in a pickup truck or small flatbed truck to the jobsite
- Power options include gas, diesel or electric or hydraulic
METAFLO’S LIQUID MIXING SYSTEM LMS 6
The MetaFLO LMS 6 is used by generators of extremely large volumes of liquid waste. It is most commonly used by environmental services or directional drilling organizations. Despite its extremely high throughput capacity, the MetaFLO LMS 6 is still compact enough to be moved to the jobsite on a small trailer or flatbed truck. Operating the LMS 6 on site reduces material handling costs, reduces site traffic, improves safety and ensures the generator stays in compliance with waste regulations. This technology creates a stackable solid and gives the operator the ability to provide accurate total liquid waste generated information from the site.
- Capacity of 180 m3 of liquid waste per hour 45,000 – 50,000 gallons (> 800 gal/min)
- Equipped with Nano-Shear technology for thorough, homogeneous mixture
- Ideally suited for large sump cleanouts, large bore HDD applications, oil & gas drilling and mine tailings
- For HDD applications, mobile units may be accompanied by simple solids removal bins, removing the requirement for vacuum truck assistance
- Compact design allows it to be moved on a small flatbed truck to the jobsite
