NPK SERIES
The main area of applications of armoured pumps NPK, which are designed with metallic wear parts in wetted areas, are in applications with different mediums from normal to heavy wear.
By using selected material qualities, this pump type can also be used with corrosive/abrasive media with a grain size of up to 100 mm.
Impeller, wear plates and casing are dimensioned according to the requirements and optimised to achieve the best possible service life.
Even under the most severe operating conditions, the NPK series thus achieves the lowest life cycle costs.
The NPK series are single-stage centrifugal pumps with easily replaceable wear parts and adjustable suction gap. The housing and the wear plates are clamped over the two housing covers by means of tie rods.
The wear and corrosion resistant HBN materials are a result of our continuous research and development work.
HBN 440 – wear resistant cast iron, Ni-Hard IV replacement
HBN 450 – highly wear-resistant cast iron, hardness up to 650 HB
HBN 480 – corrosion resistant cast iron, hardness up to 650 HB

NPw SERIES
The NPW series of metal centrifugal pumps are mainly used in applications with light to medium wear.
By using selected material qualities, this type can also be used with slightly corrosive / abrasive media
This series is a single-stage centrifugal pump made of high-strength cast steel with easily replaceable wear parts and the possibility of suction gap adjustment.
Impeller, wear plates and housing are dimensioned according to the requirements and optimised to achieve the best possible service life. Even under the most difficult operating conditions, the NPW series thus achieves the lowest life cycle costs.
The NPW single-stage centrifugal pump series has easily replaceable wear parts. The wear plates and the housing are clamped via the two housing covers using tie rods.
The NPW pump series is a cost-effective pump for pumping slightly abrasive media and is used as:

KB SERIES
KB-SERIE dredging pumps for tunneling and special civil engineering.
The metal centrifugal pump types KB/KBK/KBH/ KBKM are the right choice where the highest wear stresses are to be expected.
The compact pump series has been developed for the demanding operating conditions in tunneling and special civil engineering with a rough operating environment and cramped installation conditions.
The compact design of our high-performance and highly wear-resistant KB, KBK, KBKT series pumps are tailor-made for use as feed or transfer pumps under cramped installation conditions in microtunnelling and pipe jacking.
The wall thicknesses are generously dimensioned and thus take into account both the stress caused by sliding wear (fine solid particles) and the impact stress caused by a high proportion of coarse grains.
The pumps with ND 100, 125, 150 and 200 discharge nozzles are available for a wide range of applications. Low overall heights, highly wear-resistant materials and shaft seals by means of a balanced impeller or our self-developed mechanical seal HGD guarantee safe use in AVN drives worldwide.
