No need to increase the allotment amount for new relative prices for non-contracted activities.
VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
During the realization of the pipeline Rimini – Sansepolcro – Lot 2, it was necessary to require the realization, in the section of line from Pk.377 to Pk.383 of 5 or trunk of a crossing with the technique Microtunnel referred to as’ Tiberine »alternatively to the construction with the open pit and pipe pusher excavation technique envisaged in the project. Compensation was paid for the delayed delivery of the works by the client due to the health emergency (CoVid-19). During the construction of the Rimini – Sansepolcro – Lot 2 methane pipeline, new needs emerged for the structure of the transport network, making it necessary for the contractor to advance the commissioning of approximately 9 km of pipeline.
